About the Role
We are looking for a proactive RFP & Tenders Specialist to own the full proposal cycle — from opportunity sourcing to submission — for a leading Egyptian organization. Marketing agency experience is a must.
What You'll Do
- Source & identify relevant RFP and tender opportunities
- Analyze requirements and evaluate strategic fit
- Write and submit high-quality, tailored proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for planning & resource alignment
- Build and manage direct client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing agency (must)
- Solid end-to-end RFP/tender handling experience
- Strong client-facing & communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
