The PM Office is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and creative output across all digital and brand channels.

Lead the creation and execution of brand visuals, ensuring a strong and consistent identity across all channels.
Design and oversee social media content including posts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives optimized for engagement and performance.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency.
Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and motion designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that connect with audiences.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

5+ years of experience in graphic design (Marketing/Advertising Agency experience is a must).
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media campaigns, and design system work.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
Experience working within multidisciplinary creative teams.
Strategic mindset with ability to contribute to creative direction beyond execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
