About the Role
A leading Training Center/Academy in Heliopolis is looking for a dynamic, aggressive, and data-driven Sales Team Leader to lead the sales team and drive growth.
Details
- Location: Heliopolis, Cairo (On-site)
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Fixed Days Off: Friday
- Salary: Highly Competitive Basic + Attractive Commission Scheme
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance, handle daily KPIs, and provide continuous sales coaching.
- Close high-ticket deals and handle objections for premium courses and programs.
- Analyze sales data, track pipelines, and report directly to upper management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Solid B2C sales experience with at least 1–2 years as a Sales Team Leader in Training Centers, Academies, or the Educational sector (Essential).
- Good English language skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Residents of Heliopolis or nearby areas are highly preferred.
